To foster a love for Penny Farthing cycling, promoting mutual assistance and support among members.
To promote the sport of Penny Farthing cycling, aiming for higher, faster, and better achievements.
To unite and collaborate, prioritizing the protection of the association's interests.
To emphasize a people-centered approach, encouraging understanding and proactive assistance among members.

Article 2: Membership

Applicants must hold valid identification documents, such as a passport or ID card.
Anyone interested in Penny Farthing cycling who is willing to abide by the association's constitution and participate in its activities may apply for membership.
Membership is non-transferable.
All membership applications must be approved by the association to become official members.
Any fees paid are non-refundable for members whose membership is revoked due to violations.
Members who have resigned or had their membership revoked must reapply according to the membership application process to restore their membership.

2. Members may not use the association's name to host or participate in any activities without permission.

warnings, suspend, or terminate their membership as deemed appropriate.

The membership fee is HKD 380.
Members will receive one association uniform and participate in one Penny Farthing experience class.
Members must renew their membership fees annually to maintain active membership and participate in the association's activities, relevant courses, or competitions.
Members who automatically resign or fail to correct repeated warnings will have their membership revoked and forfeit all rights and obligations, with fees not being refunded.

Members have the right to participate in all activities organized by the association.
Members must comply with the regulations outlined in the constitution.
The association encourages members to promote the association and support participation in various activities, but prior notification to the association is required.
If members participate in any Penny Farthing competitions, they must do so under the name "Asian Penny Farthing Association."
Members who violate the constitution or damage the association's reputation may receive warnings, suspension, or termination of membership as determined by the association.
